Appointments:

At LUXE Brow + Lash, we strive to provide the utmost in personalized services to all of our clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you.

A deposit of a $100 is required to schedule a Microblading appointment. The deposit will be deducted off your procedure after its complete. If you are a new client please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request you do so 24 hours(for eyelash extensions and waxing) and 48 hours(for microblading) in advance so that the Service Provider may have the opportunity to schedule another client. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 48 hrs. the deposit becomes non-refundable and additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation.

 

Rescheduling/Late Policy:

**To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule**

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 48 hours (Microblading)/24 Hours (for other services) advance notice is required or the deposit becomes non-refundable.

If you DO NOT reschedule you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $100 deposit to secure your appointment.

 

No Show Policy:

If you do NOT show for a scheduled Microblading appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $100 deposit to secure your appointment. Also, either for Microblading or for other services provided, you may be required to pre-pay for any future appointments in full before being rescheduled.
